Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>The Community Recreation Groups (CRGs) actively makes recommendations to City Council, the Parks and Recreation Department, and its various boards with respect to recreation programs in the community and to provide recommendations on the expenditure of Recreation Center Funds. The City does not delegate any authority to Community Recreation Groups to act on behalf of the City. Community Recreation Groups are voluntarily created and maintained by their members. This map layer is meant to be used as a spatial reference of the facilities related to parks that are associated with the individual CRGs.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>This layer was created by incorporating the parks and recreation centers associated with each CRGs. There were no strict guidelines in establishing the CRG topography, although it did reference some parts of the Council District (2021), Community Plan Area, roads, and geography to establish its boundary lines.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
